MartOnline Pay Araam se (MO-PAS) is a payment option available on MartOnline Platform (MartOnline Application, MartOnline Website & MartOnline designated physical shops) for MartOnline customers to buy grocery and other items on MartOnline platform & MartOnline designated physical shops.
Process to Avail MartOnline Pay Araam Se (MO-PAS): Once a customer is registered on the MartOnline Platform, they can buy groceries and other household items from MartOnline platforms & MartOnline designated physical shops. To pay for their purchases customers are offered various payment options, like debit card, credit card, Online/Internet banking, UPI, Cash on Delivery and MartOnline PAS. MartOnline PAS can only be used to purchase items listed on the MartOnline Platforms & available on MartOnline physical Shops. This PAS can be preloaded by the customer themselves using any of the following methods – Using Online Banking, debit card or UPI. There is another option where the customer can avail a loan from the Banking partner(Sagar Deposits & Advances Limited – SDAL) of MartOnline. Sagar Deposits and Advances Ltd.(SDAL) is a Category “B” NBFC Registered under section 45 A of the Reserve Bank of India. This loan is provided to the customer on basis of the credit matrix that the Banking Partner SDAL uses, for example based on their credit score, employment status, house ownership type etc. and post doing their KYC. Once the customer provides the information sought by the Banking partner to decide amount of loan to be given to the customer. The process of eligibility & documentation and disbursement of is as follows:

- The applicant must be between 18 – 65 years of age
- Must be citizen of India, living in India
- Must have their address within the serviceable area of MartOnline network
- Must have a regular source of Income/Income proof
Process

Step 1Customer registers to the MartOnline platform using their Mobile number and providing basic details like Full Name, Age, Gender, Address etc., OTP is sent on the Mobile number to confirm the Mobile number and identity of the customer. Once this information is received and verified customer is registered on the platform.

Step 2Among the various other payment options available to the customer MartOnline Pay Araam Se is one option where the customer can avail loan provided by MartOnline’s Banking partner Sagar Deposits and Advances Limited (SDAL). To Avail (MO-PAS) a loan the customer has to furnish details for the banking partner to do their KYC & Fill an Enach mandate.

Step 3Customer provides Details of their Adhaar card, which is in turn verified using UDAI website. The customer enters their Adhaar number and an OTP is sent to the registered mobile number associated with that Adhaar number. Customer verifies their Adhaar number using OTP sent by UDAI. Once Adhaar number is verified customer submits their PAN, by taking a picture of their pan card and uploading it to the platform. Once PAN is verified along with other details.

Step 4Once Adhaar and Pan number are updated and verified the customer is asked to click a selfie, which is in turn matched with the customer’s picture on Adhaar card and Pan Card. Once picture is matched to a certain % the process moved forward and a CIBIL check is done based on the information provided by the customer and they are offered a loan based on their CIBIL score.

Step 5If customer decides to avail the loan extended to them on the MartOnline platform by their Finance partner(SDAL) Customer can either decide to avail the facility or decline it. In case customer wants to avail the facility they are required to fill an Enach form. Enach (electronic National Automated Clearing House), is an improvement over the NACH (National Automated Clearing House), and facilitates interbank high volume, low-value electronic transfers, which are periodic and repetitive in nature on the Internet. It removes most of the processes you undergo in NACH. There is no need to fill out a physical form as Enach is done completely online.

Step 6If the customer agrees to avail the loan facility they are directed to fill and submit the Enach form where they furnish details of their Bank account, IFSC Code and other details as required by the banking partner (Kotak Mahindra Bank) to register the Enach mandate. Once the Kyc is done & Enach mandate is registered successfully an E- loan agreement is signed between SDAL & Customer. Step 6 – Once the customer fills and submits the Enach mandate the loan amount is automatically credited to their MartOnline Pay Araam Se account within 4 working hours. This loan can be anything from INR 1000 to INR 10000 depending on the customer’s credit score & capacity of payback.
